Alesonor, the Greek real estate developer that owns the luxury housing project Amber Gardens in Otopeni, plans to invest EUR 12 million in developing the second phase of the compound and in starting two other luxury residential projects in Bucharest, reports Ziarul Financiar.

“We are preparing residential projects in the premium segment, which respect our interest in buildings that are increasingly energy efficient,” said Alex Skouras, Alesonor managing partner.

The company has sold 25 green luxury homes so far, and eight families are already living in the complex. This year, Alesonor will complete the sold villas, which are in various construction stages. It will also start the construction of another 21 green homes, Skouras added.
